Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be? [...]
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other
people won’t feel insecure around you. [...]
And as we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people
permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.

Why systemic coaching with me?
Life constantly presents us with opportunities for growth. Sometimes we are in the flow, able to express ourselves, be a harmonious version of ourselves, feel light, and succeed at things. Sometimes the flow of life stagnates. We get stuck, unable to tap into our power. And sometimes things happen, creating gaps through which both planned and unexpected transitions occur in life. Through crises and unexpected changes, or through birth, illness, separation, death. It can feel as if everything is falling apart, with no rescue in sight.
And yet, these gaps hold incredible potential for depth, meaning, and encounter. For healing and forgiveness. For finding meaning and self-efficacy.
As a systemic therapist (in training), I would like to help you find meaning, develop self-compassion, initiate processes of understanding, overcome fears and guilt, and take the next steps in life with new confidence and serenity in order to get life flowing again.
I look forward to hearing from you.
About me.
I hold a PhD in sociology and am currently training to become a systemic therapist (DGSF). After years of working around the world for the United Nations in the field of gender equality, I am finally pursuing my true calling and passion: systemic coaching and counseling. I volunteer at the Hospice Association in Konstanz as an end-of-life caregiver, and I lead a self-help group of relatives and care-givers of terminally-ill people. During my doctoral studies, I already dealt extensively with the challenges and resources of family members who provide care and support to aging parents.
My heart beats for people and their experiences, their resources, and the belief that there is room for healing and forgiving when we learn to walk our own authentic path.
I am married and a mother of three children.
Yoga, mindfulness, and meditation have been part of my own journey for many years.
